LOL. This was the only full episode I've ever watched. I thought the ending was pretty good for a pretty lame show to begin with. I may have watched 10 minutes of an episode or two and right away knew I wouldn't be interested - especially with the gay guy being a womanizer. C'mon MAN!!

WTF are you talking about? I'm saying that last scene with the kids talking about robin must've been filmed in the first or second season bc the two kids are actually in their mid 20's now. Which means the writers knew the whole time, maybe from the pilot, what everything was leading up to

Subtle things here and there. Ted cries at the thought of a mother not being able to walk her daughter down the aisle. That type of thing.

Pretty stupid to make him waste all that time with Robin. No one cares about old Ted plowing old Robin.
And by the way the show went I have to assume Robin freaks out after things get too serious and she runs off. This time at age 55.

Yeah, she probably bails again, she is really pretty horrible of a person.

True, but you knew Robin wasn't the kids mother, so something had to happen to the mother.
But after they aired the episode this season where they hinted at her dying, there were so many on here that argued that there was no way she was dying, and that Ted wasn't going to end up with Robin.

Baloo made this whole big post about HIMYM was better than having a character like the Fonz and that he needed to grow up. Kinda bit her a bit when he bailed and went back to his old ways til he had the kid. He will probably go back when the kid gets older, he said it best, that is just who he is...
