I have a strong feeling that they will cast a black girl as Hermione. They can make it work due to the hair. The character was already 90s woke, so that will just get amplified. They will also try to make her the most important of the three.

I mean there were large sections of the books where she was doing a lot of the heavy lifting if we’re being accurate. She was the cleverest witch of her age after all.

I wonder if they are going to use the same castle sets and designs. With all of the world-building they have done via the theme parks, video games, etc., it would be extremely weird if Hogwarts wasn't Hogwarts.

A minor NPC bartender, which only occasionally comes up. Still, super cringe to hear it speak, but I am under the impression that Rowling herself has a little bit more input with this TV series.
Not a super fan, so my casual interest in this show isn’t near Rings of Power level. Obviously, the most attention will be on the big three characters plus was supporting cast.
As for Hogwarts Legacy, the game overall was actually pretty decent.

She was an exposition machine and a self insert by Rowling. I hope they don’t mess with this story too much but that’s too high of hopes seems like.

Maybe they will go off script and it only be one episode where the Deatheaters kill all of them in episode 1.
