Just watched and about time the dragons did something. It was like in Rogue One near the end when we finally got to see Darth Vader be the badass we knew he was.

Thinking that Dani could have beaten the entire Lannister/Tarley army with one dragon.
How cool would have been had the Dothraki stopped their charge and had the dragon and Dani wreck shop all by himself.

No half the Lannister army got into kings landing. Tarly basically said they were spread then bc most had already gotten in and those were the stragglers. He suggested flogging them to make them go faster.

No he said the gold was already in. That means at least some of them were already in King's Landing. Doesn't mean they were all in. Plus the soldiers were out there trying to food/supplies from the farmers.
Considering the top commanders (Jamie and Tarly) were near the end, most likely a significant portion of the army hadn't gotten in.

Now without their leadership. The head is cut off and it is over for all intensive purposes. Taryly will likely be nuked or bow the knee to Dany. Jamie will listen to reason from his brother along with Bronn I would presume. Tyrion will speak about a greater enemy to the north that they must get Cersei and the Lannister army on board with or they will all perish regardless. Tyrion is about to save the day for everyone as he has seen the destruction and sees a way to resolve everything by focusing on the common enemy that wishes them all to die.
That is how I see it going down. Jon Snow will finally mine all the dragon glass and will have all the nations behind him to fight the real enemy before it is too late. But, who will back stab the other in this scenario? Cersei? Dany? Jamie? Maesters? Citadel?
