It's kind of too late to introduce a guy like Aegon. All the remaining episodes are going to be stuff happening not setting things up or character development. So I'm pretty sure he doesn't exist in the show world.

I don't blame Jaime for trying to kill her. Obviously, he's a dumbass for doing it in that manner but he's gotta try. To be honest, I don't blame Jaime for killing Aerys.

To be honest, I could most definitely see Dany becoming the Mad Queen.

So the hack certainly did not hurt the show's ratings. Most viewed episode yet.

Jamie owes Bronn a beer.

Dude almost took out a dragon. When was the last time someone did that.

Bronn and Davos are the shite.

Damn, Bronn needs a huge reward after saving both Tyrion and Jaime's asses the past 7 seasons.

It was the most watched GoT episode ever with almost 11M legal viewers. Probably had well over a 100M pirating it too.

Good point, but I still think someone is a traitor. Jaime and Euron's victories were too perfect.

It would have made sense to have one of the Greyjoys be a traitor. Or at the very least, they could have had some indication that Euron discovered the plans to attack Casterly Rock through some 'interrogation' techniques.

Jamie being alive is worth way more than that bag of gold. lol

I was so worried about Bronn.

I wish him and Han Solo would release a buddy-adventure movie.

Sorry if already discussed, but who knocked Jaime into the water at the end? Jaime is dead now.... right?

I hope the spy is someone completely unexpected like Missandei.

Bronn's pretty open-minded about his loyalties, he tends to not end up on the side getting dead. He said that plainly when he told Tyrion goodbye a couple seasons ago.
Have to think that if he's present at Dany's speech, after what he just saw, he's gonna be doing the odds again, and most likely telling Jaime the same thing.

Bronn would make a nice assistant to Tyrion running the Dothrakis.

I've heard this mentioned before and it would really be a shock to the audience if she was. I kind of like the idea.

Possible spies-

Tyrion would traditionally be the one to get blamed, and Dany did give him a shifty-eyed look. But he's never the one that actually did anything, and don't think he did now.

Varys is certainly a big probability, he's always playing sides. Hell, he might do it now out of spite, after learning Littlefinger supports the North and Dany is getting close to an alliance.
But honestly, Dany was near-untouchable in Meereen, in order to kill her you had to lure her out. Build her alliances so she'd come, and then cut them off so she's open to attack... it's really the only way to get to her.

Does Varys have connections to anyone in Essos? Someone who'd reward him for getting rid of the anti-slave champion, so that he'd get double the payout (assuming Cersei also would do so)?

A Greyjoy might be involved, but that's a weaker plot. I think most of the rank-and-file might be torn between Yara and Euron, but beyond that, they don't have a dog in the fight.

Clearly none of the Dothraki or Unsullied will be the leak.

The Dornish contingent would be interesting; the Sand Snakes could easily be seen as something to get rid of, but we never go below the level of them.
Meanwhile, it's certainly possible that Randyll Tarly knew Olenna's plans, and chose to betray her. But I think we'd have seen them talking before it happened.

If there is one, gotta be Varys.

Ummm, yeah. Illyrio who he was fraternizing in the first season. In the books, it's highly implied he's his brother-in-law.

Watching the replay on HBO, I notice that he's staring at the ground a lot during the talks, and even looks amused when they mention one of the defeats.

It could just be me seeing what I want to see. I guess we'll find out.
