Best possible resolution to the cliff hanger ending: Jamie comes out of that water as Patchface making all kinds of creepy rhyme prophecies.

I think after she bailed on them and broke the rules, they are gonna come for her. That's well within the realm of possibilities and if Arya is gonna die that's probably how it happens.

They can call her Lady Stark all they want but her marriage was consummated. Now how that happened against her will maybe it breaks the legality of it but who knows.

Agree with the first part, and I think the second part confirmed it. May be paraphrasing, but I think Arya said "You told her to kill me", and he responded with "The many faced gods requested a life, and there it sits" pointing to the waif. Jaquen could have easily killed her if he wanted to.

Gendry is still rowing around and until the battle is over he currently is the rightful one who should be sitting on the Iron Throne, at least from those that would oppose Dany and her claim.

get the feeling the show, at least, is going to continue to let Jon be a bastard after Misendei's statement about it being a concept that doesn't exist.
Well then you're a fricking idiot. That's too important of a plot point to keep hidden.

Serious question: Has any mention at all been made of the runes on the armor of Bronze Yohn Royce in the show? I think he has them on his cloak in the show but not sure if his armor has them too or if they've been brought up.
The armor is apparently thousands of years old and the runes are supposed to protect him from harm. Not sure but they may have some sort of magic. Since magic is on the uptick, something like that could come in handy in the war for the dawn.

"Yes, but here you are, and there she is. Finally, a girl is no one."
He never says that she has paid a debt, but he does smile when she leaves. This might be one of the aspects that pisses off the overthinkers, but I really do think all of her Braavos experience was just to train her to be deadly.
If we see Jaquen again, I think it will be because he's joined her fight. The only possible way I could see them at odds with each other is if he shows up in Westeros having been hired to kill someone she's allied with, but I doubt that will happen.

Still unanswered on the show (to the best of my knowledge) - what was Jaqen doing in Westeros in the first place? Surely he was not randomly captured while he was out on a mission/contract, right? The crackpot theory is that he was there all along to protect & guide Arya (as he turns to leave after they've escaped Harrenhal, Jaqen says "Goodbye, Arya Stark" - how did he know her last name?), but I doubt that will ever be fleshed out.

I like how he threw in that "technically" there as well.
Perhaps Jon and Dany won't self-identity as nephew and aunt, then their babies should be fine. Right?

For the record, Jaqen H'ghar is a face he wears. The man is no one. I get it makes it easier to identify who you are discussing by calling him by his alias. But I keep seeing people post the name and needed to mention this.

As for Gendry, I think if we see him again, he'll be with Thoros, Beric and The Hound. That would sort of line up with the books, and GRRM definitely set the stage for he and Arya to hook up. They horse around with each other like foreplay. It seemed pretty obvious.

Speaking of the Hound and Beric, they've been trudging north for so damn long they should be in the Land of Always Winter by now. I'm ready to see the scene when Beric lights up his sword, maybe it's at Eastwatch.

Battle in last episode required more precision, dragons randomly blasting shite on the field could cut her Dothraki horde in half. I think the dragons are smart, but not THAT smart, and you'd need a rider to properly aim them.
Dany's aim sucks then as she also torched all the food.

Too bad the White Walkers shatter into a million pieces when killed. Arya taking the face of a White Walker and using it to get close to the Night King and kill him with her dagger would be epic.

It could be his name. Arya still goes by Arya Stark. Maybe I'm forgetting exactly how she left, but did he not tell her she had become no one?
