Gendry is the only one with all appendages in tact.

I 100% think Houses Lannister, Stark, Baratheon, and Targaryen will live on after the series, more than likely through Tyrion and Gendry...as for the Starks, I'm thinking it will be through Sansa's line. Jon is a Targ and will continue the Targ line.

damn, it is impressive seeing the behind the scenes for the Loot Train Battle and just seeing how much of it was practical effects.
They had the biggest number of people burning in a single set ever and possibly the most people on fire in any show or movie ever.

Just watched again for the third time. The loot train battle gets better with each viewing. It was so well shot and directed. I loved how Tyrion is talking to himself and telling Jamie to flee and and calling him a fricking idiot. He is on the opposite side but he desperately doesn't want to see his brother die. That was a powerful scene. This was definitely a top 3 episode for me.

Bran doesn't see the future. He sees the past and the present. He confirms it himself in s7e3 while talking to Sansa trying to explain to her what being the three eyed raven means. He says something like "I see everything that has happened. I see everything that is happening right now".

Source: closed captioning b/c my hearing sucks.
it probably doesn't help that this era's sound mixing is total shite.
for the life of me I'll never understand why damn near all shows and movies now have the dialogue audio so damn quiet but then the music comes on and it's all BAAAAAHHHHHHHH!!!!!!! DRAMATIC LOUD NOISES!!!!!
I am constantly turning my volume up hear the actors speak and then down to avoid blowing my ears out from the sound effects and music.

because it cheapens their abilities. Jamie has been got before, no way would he not scout the area.
I am sorry that I want more GOT and not something that feels rushed. It seems like the show is on a shot clock
The Dothraki killed the scouts.
Boom.
Now you guys can go find something else to harp on.

Jaime, Theon, Gendry - last men on earth
There's Jon, but it is striking how many men are mutilated on the show.
I remember reading a review of GOT by a New York Times writer who commented on all of the violence against women. I walked away with the impression that he hadn't watched the show. The violence is widely distributed and frequently hits the men very hard, more frequently mutilating. When it hits women it is often avenged by the woman in question (Dany, Cersei, Sansa) whereas the path to revenge for some of the men is less immediate and sometimes will not be possible for them to pursue.
Anyway, on a slightly related note. Has anyone else ever wondered if another reveal for the show will be Varys being nobility of some sort? The sacrifice of his anatomy to a demon would have been more powerful magic if he were of royal blood.

I'm not going to go through all of this, but Rapiers aren't magically better than Longswords at one on one fighting. Nor is the analogy that you have picked accurate at all.

What an awesome video, thanks for linking it!

Over powered I think. I mean, he's going down with Cersei. He is the Josef Mengele of Westeros (I'd be shocked if that weren't the direct inspiration from Martin for the character). He will certainly be killed by the end of the series for everything he's done.
I find him to be much more evil than Cersei, since at least Cersei has insanity in her corner vouching for her. Qyburn on the other hand is perfectly sane and has no problem murdering thousands of people at a time and dissecting them alive all for curiosity. He's worse than Cersei is.
I think you're conflating Book Qyburn, who is 10x more evil than Show Qyburn. Yeah he was behind Cersei's plot to ruin her trial and kill thousands in the process, but the Faith Militant was a goddamned ISIS-level threat to Westeros. frick 'em.
I think Qyburn is an end-of-days truther. I think he wants to be the power behind Cersei (hell, he's the ONLY person we know of on her small council), to get her to do her part in bringing the apocalypse. We know precious little of his background. We know what he did to get expelled from the Citadel, including using dark magic to resurrect the dead. We first see him with the Brave Companions, then the Boltons, then in Kings Landing to serve Cersei, going upward from one batshit entity to another (not to mention upward mobility in influence).
My personal Qyburn theory aside, he does seem to be quite soft spoken, even to Pycelle who despised him. His only proven ambition that we've seen is that he supports science for curiosity's sake. Qyburn has seriously grown on me.

But what about the gold? How are the Lannisters going to pay the Iron Bank when all that gold got burnt up by the dragon?

Put on closed captions when you watch shows like this. It was pretty clearly stated that the gold made it inside the gates of KL.

Yea, that was a great scene and probably foreshadowing in to future internal struggles with Tyrion down the line. Dany even called him out earlier in the episode for possibly not wanting to hurt his family as bad as he claims. That scene powerfully confirmed that.

Tyrion still loves Jaime. Now Cersei, he doesn't give a rat's arse about.

agree with your comments but while we're on the subject of Tyrion. I'm just not liking this military strategist-type Tyrion. I want 'I drink and I know things' Tyrion back. Let Jorah come back and play boring role and give Tyrion a goblet full of wine for goodness sake.

OK. I thought so, but the next time he said it he also said "hurry up you idiot", right?
He says, "Flee you idiot" and "fricking idiot", both directed at Jaime.
