Seems like the only case she might have is breach of contract. I thought this board was perfectly fine with the "at will" employment model? Either they owe her money for breach of contract or they have the right to fire her.

This and I also think the main actor had a problem with her views. I don’t even think it was a problem on the set. He just used the outrage.

Everyone outside of Pascal (Esposito, Sedgewick, Burr, Weathers, etc) seemed to like working with her. Burr described her multiple times as an absolute sweetheart after her sacking.

Pascal is pretty much a voice actor at this point and is being phased out in lieu of Sedgewick. So, the set would probably be a pretty peaceful place -- by set standards.

Bend the knee to the law? What's your point?

What law? It’s not discrimination and she’s asking to get recast for a character they won’t even use. It’s a publicity stunt at its finest by a shitty actor. She wasn’t fired because she’s right wing she was fired because Disney believed all the dumb arse shite she kept popping off about was hurting their image. It’s a similar reason to why Hooters doesn’t get sued out the arse for who they hire

They were planning to use her character, Cara Dune, in a spin off series. Your ignorance about a great many things is hilarious.

Beep. Bop. Boop.

Again, her comments were innocuous and far less venomous than Pedro's or many other Disney employees.

Disney Producer -

@Jack_Morrissey. - Magakids go screaming, hats first, into the woodchipper.

Not fired.

I remember Disney having a round table talk show where they sat down and talked about production including how it was being filmed on the set with the backgrounds being constantly updated around the actors and filmed at same time instead being added later and talking about the first season, and she seemed to have good rapport with main guys and I think Carl Weathers (can’t remember if any actors with her besides Weathers). She was also very appreciative about how they treated her like an actress and weren’t dismissive towards her about coming from sports background which I guess wasn’t always the case.

She seemed to have fit in with everyone at the time, but Pascal was also mostly a voice actor that first season. I think he was filming something else up until the last 1 or 2 episodes, and I guess he wasn’t around long enough to stir things up yet.

Your ignorance of the law is hilariously bad, one she wasn’t discriminated against despite your victim mentality and two the courts can’t force a company to put in a role they stopped using. Funny how people like you are all for small government until the chance to act like a victim comes up and suddenly it’s save us big daddy government. But hey you’re the guy who gets told what to think by dudes on YouTube so what the point

She absolutely was discriminated against. She was fired for her political views, and opted to NOT take part in a 40+ person zoom call struggle session.

They didn't "stop using" Cara Dune, they fired her AND cancelled the spin off series.

Other Disney employees weren't disciplined in the least, despite having tweeted far more offensive, vile and disgusting vitriol.

Your lack of understanding the issue of having any coherent, cogent arguments doesn't dismiss your lame takes & childish deflections.

She was given multiple chances to stop tweeting and to take down what they found offensive. She wasn't discriminated against. She gave them the finger, dared them to fire her, and they obliged. That this is still to hard for you to comprehend is hilarious.

Is this how nerdrotic makes the videos 3 hours long?

By using redundant adjectives to make a point.

One was not as bad as made out to be. It was an attempt to communicate the goal the antifada stalinists were trying to push against any dissent of their views and that it like pushing hate on jews is wrong.

Even if you go with the worst take the left hates jews now and supports hamas killing them.
quote:

Because history is edited, most people today don’t realize that to get to the point where Nazi soldiers could easily round up thousands of Jews, the government first made their own neighbors hate them simply for being Jews,” Carano shared on her Instagram story on Tuesday. “How is that any different from hating someone for their political views?”

As Carano has been an outspoken supporter of former president Donald Trump and has often complained about the backlash against her conservative opinions, many critics took the post as her equating Republicans with Jews in Nazi Germany.

The rest:
Not publicly supporting blm and liking some posts critical of it (which is not much different than majority of country these days), criticizing mask mandates (proven correct), calling for churches & businesses to reopen (also what most believe should have happened), putting “boop/bop/beep” as her pronouns on twitter (which she actually moved away from after talking with Pascal who has trans sibling), and questioning some of the 2020 results (which is not much different than most leftist actors did for 4 years about 2016).

So what could it be??? Support of Trump maybe. Democrats are such hypocrites when it comes to being tolerant and inclusive. They are the most divisive people in the country.

Cite where she tweeted anything remotely offensive. Go for it. Give an example.
