MAGAkids head first into a woodchipper = totally fine by Disney.

Put me in the camp that thinks it's dumb that she got canceled, but also in the camp that thinks her character wasn't that interesting and her removal was not some great loss to the story like some have tried to champion in the aftermath of her firing.

With all that said, I still don't understand what case she actually has. Disney can fire her if they want.

We've gone over this before my guy. The fact that you are just going to make up in your head that Disney somehow gave her no insight as to what she had done wrong and what they didn't want her to do before firing her is laughable.

She first got into trouble for her posts in 2020. She wasn't fired until 2021 after she again posted stuff that pissed off her bosses. She 100% knew she could get herself canned for her tweets and kept it up anyway. It's ridiculous how you try to deny she had no idea she could get herself canned.

It's no different than Melissa Barrera getting fired by SpyGlass. She wasn't discriminated against either and they had every right to can her even if she technically didn't do anything illegal.

What they tried to make her do was illegal. A Maoist Zoom struggle session to 'educate' her about pronouns and choosing the wrong political views isn't remotely American. She was unfairly targeted and singled out while other Disney employees posted far worse and weren't in the least bit disciplined or asked to take down their tweets. Further, Disney execs went public and falsely accused her of things she never did. Totally demonstrable by the public tweets.

Unequal treatment under the law isn't legal. Even if Disney 'settles', it means she won because she'll have gotten her money. I doubt she'll settle for anything less than a public apology though. Time will tell.
