She was also dropped by her agent. I’m sure her team will be looking for emails from Disney pressuring him to drop her.

I get what you're saying, but I don't think thats entirely accurate. If the cultural winds shifted you wouldn't see this kind of stuff out of them. Money talks. Their bad numbers over the past few years can be explained/justified by COVID and then years of inflation. If they continue to have bad numbers in a better economy, maybe they get the message that people are legit pissed at them for taking public stances on issues.

Does having money make them bad? Or is that a blanket statement with no evidence?

bullshite. That's a logistical issue and isn't his responsibility. We are already in the process of ending world hunger anyway

You can't possibly believe this? If homelessness could be solved by just throwing money at it, then it would have already been solved. It's way more complicated than that. And it's impossible to "end" it. You can't force people who don't want help to get help.

He could not end world hunger and homelessness. Nor is he required to or compelled to in order to “be a good person” or “not be a bad person”

The First Amendment Does Not Protect You Here
One thing that is clear is that employees told to refrain from political arguments at work can’t turn to the First Amendment’s guarantee of freedom of speech. Federal law does little to protect employees from being fired or disciplined for their political beliefs or activities. Some people mistakenly believe that their First Amendment free speech rights extend to the workplace.
However, for most employees, this is not the case. The First Amendment prohibits the government from infringing on free speech; it does not apply to private employers. So, unless you work for the government, the First Amendment does not limit your employer in any way. (And, even for government workers, First Amendment rights are not absolute in the workplace.)
What if it was proven the federal government was working with disney or other social media platforms, insisting, if not forcing them to silence and shut down someone's 1st Amendment rights?

lol. So now the deep state argument. Surprised it took 7 pages.

Disney isn’t a social media platform
The government did exactly that with Twitter (when it was Twitter). See The Twitter Files.
The govt indirectly influences Disney’s hiring by using ESG motivated legislation. These may be tax credits or advantages related to ESG. The ESG motivation is also pushed by Wall St, which then influences companies through their corporate boards

Pedo Pascal said far worse on social media than Gina yet got no reprimand, no calls for apology and even gets more work from Disney.
This is going to be epic.

That’s not what she’s claiming. She’s claiming discrimination. She was fired for making political comments while other actors on the same show were not for making similar statements. A Company cannot discipline only the employees who express views the Company does not like while allowing other employees to keep their jobs when expressing the opposite point of view the Company agrees with.

It wasn’t even legislation technically, it was executive fiat via SEC regulations. No congress voted for this.
