I would absolutely lose it if Jon went to Essos. It's bad enough that Dany has been stuck there this long. Jon needs to stay the hell out of that sand trap.

this picture has Targaryan soldiers in it and is supposedly used as a tower of joy flashback. Maybe I am nitpicking here, but weren't the soldiers guarding the tower of joy kingsguard? In the books they had white armor and the show gold. Shouldn't they have the gold armor on? Again, I am just nitpicking and am hoping it is a tower of joy reference.

GRRM says books could be finished before the show if there are 10+ seasons

That's pretty pathetic we've gotten to a point where he can't finish the actually story, and the only substance we will get is the show.

Carice Van Houten is on record as saying her character undergoes "a transformation of sorts" this season, which could be anything... but if the show decides to go Azor Ahai... then I see Melisandre sacrificing herself to bring Lightbringer into existence.
The show runners have already ruined her character with the burning of Shireen. There's nothing left for her to do now, other than resurrect Jon Snow. And then what? Might as well make her death useful.

It is possible that ghost is protecting his body so they wont burn him. Davos prob trying to fight them off so melisandre can resurect him. Ghost looks like his head is down and ears are pinned back ready to attack

So do we expect they'll say "and now his watch is ended" before Jon is brought back? Doesn't seem like there would be a big window between that and actually trying to set his body on fire.

In the trailer where Davos is staring at a small pile of wood. It may be from shireen's burning. That would be hard to watch. I think davos loves shireen more than her father.
