Who would you have kill the NK?
Posted on 4/28/19 at 10:39 pm to Blaeke
I would have rathered he snapped her neck, dropped the dagger. Bran catches it and shanks him.

I just want to say that the NK was a little bitch for not fighting JS man to man.

People are bitching because a ridiculously expensive and talent rich show didn't spend 90 seconds to set it up.
So the multiple seasons Arya spent training to be an assassin
Melisandre’s prophecy/foreshadowing the first time they met
Arya using the switch hands move in the spar against Brienne
Melisandre staring her down as soon as she entered Winterfell
Melisandre reminding her of their first conversation
Arya navigating a room full of the dead without being detected
That wasn’t enough set up for you?

But two questions I have...the night army moved so slowly that Tormond and friends were able to travel around them.
Then come battle time, they take out the entire Dothraki and Unsullied army and come running at Winterfell with the quickness.
And then the night Jing goes after Dany and her dragon, but not Jon's?

Eh, I hope not. Like I said, I really enjoyed this episode, but I’m trying to figure out what purpose Bran serves from here on out.
Oh, and the pre-season Branisandre leaks were bullshite

At least now the Night King is out of the way. Maybe the final 3 episodes can return to what made the show great in the first place.

Is Arya, Azor Ahai? or is the tv show not acknowledging the prophecy?

That’s literally all I’ve been critical about and Parmen has been on my nuts.
I even said the filmography was great

So the whole Bran thing doesn’t make any sense to anyone else either? I keep thinking I must be missing something huge and obvious but it seems like it just doesn’t make any sense at all.

So now you want Arya coming at the Night King from the front (where he would have seen her) and close enough to Bran so that the crippled Bran can grab the dagger and stab the Night King?
Yeah, I can't see people complaining about that one either.

People just want to cry. It was set up for 8 damn seasons.

I thought about this a little bit. I’ve never really been a big fan of Game of Thrones. I thought it was a well done show by just kinda thought it was OK. It’s always felt like the white walkers would be this horrible threat to everyone, and they really were but it just kind of ended a little quick. Maybe more of a battle there maybe two episodes I don’t know would’ve been the way to go. But in reality the show has always been about the throne. These last three episodes will be about the throne. And I think that’s kind a cool and I think that’s what the whole thing started out as anyway.

Never been shown to be able to do that. Wouldn't it of made sense to warg into Vis and buck off the Night King earlier? Get that whole ice dragon off the field of play.

Also add when she sneaked up on Jon in the godswood and he specifically said it in the first episode this season

Lightbringer ladies and gentlemen. It is simply insulting Littlefinger’s dagger brings down the Night King.
Posted on 4/28/19 at 10:42 pm to bbrownso
No literally the only difference would be Arya getting caught like it happened and he snapping her neck.

I'm in a weird place with the episode myself.
Awesome TV. Arya killing the NK is fine and makes sense. But it feels so empty with all the theory making that people have been doing for years. I really need the fat one to finish writing.
