Came for the shitshow, wasn't disappointed.

Episode was fantastic, anyone complaining is a nerd who forgot this show is entertainment and not a religion.

Yeah Arya has had nothing to do with death in this show...

Like she wasn’t just running for her life half the episode

Don’t be a dumbass. She didn’t earn the kill

I just need to know what the Night King wanted. If it was really just to "wipe out the memories of man" or whatever Bran mumbled about I am going to be incredibly pissed. Legit the "primary" antagonist and sense of dread for the entire show and thats it? One big battle with no backstory or anything just to die and thats it?

What even is Bran's purpose at all? If he just wanted to kill Bran...why didn't Jon do the honorable thing and you know...kill Bran himself so thousands of people didn't die?

You aren’t supposed to ask those questions.

Who's most likely to show up again?

Are you sure House Arryn wasn't there? I saw Arryn Sigils on the shields.

Dario leaving Meereen seems like it would have political instability. But the show runners have already killed most political logic.

The Tullies were in ruins along with the freys, yes?

the show has always been centered around the human drama and the main antagonist has always been, in some form, a human

Did you think he lied or something? That's it.

If Brann wasn’t the Night King the dead would have stormed him. That was a ceremony

Exactly. Sending in the Dothraki like that was dumb as frick.

That was all about the flaming swords .... it gave everyone the idea, if only for a brief time, that the Dothraki with flaming swords could inflict some serious damage.

Those are not major deaths

WTF are you smoking. Littlefinger is now a much bigger character than the night king. Night king was meaningless. Barely saw the guy, he never fought, didn't have any lines. At least he got to ride a dragon before he strolled around a bit in Winterfell.

Arya even got credit for the Frey pie, which she actually had nothing to do with, this is just fan service giving her more shite. I hope the fat man doesn't have her do it, so all you people freak out about how ARYA DID IT IN THE SHOW!

I’m kind of disappointed Bran didn’t die before Arya killed the Night King. I’m just trying to figure out what purpose does he serve at this point? Just being a robot Trivial Pursuit Westeros Edition board??

after more thought, enjoyed the episode more

they really set the stage of desperation well from the get go. we got all pumped up when Melisandre lit up the Dothraki swords, but when they were extinguished, you knew they were in a world of absolute shite.

then reality sets in.

the tension building was great

the score during the last 15 mins was mesmerizing

Exactly.

I mean, he's cool with the guy that pushed him out a window and paralyzed him and the guy who betrayed his family and burned down his home, but the motive of the Night King is what he was going to lie about to everyone?

I'm just glad I no longer have to hear the suction tool from the dentist noise that all the wights make.
