At this point more people would be upset if it didn't happen. The Dany and Jon story line is top notch propaganda by Alabama.

Or Arya takes LF face and kills Cercei. Then she takes Cerceis face and kills the mountain. Probably the only way she could get close enough to him.

Last episode indicated that the hound hopes to kill the mountain. But not every thing is certain, and I would almost guarantee that the mountains death will be different from what everyone thinks.
Maybe he survives the battles of the WW and then during a battle with Dany he is eaten by Drogon.
Mountain (and everyone else thinks he is such a badass) turns out to be a spoiled appetizer for Drogon. Like eating a 2 week old shrimp
