It's to LF

I thought it was obvious. She wouldn't be apprehensive writing a letter to anyone else for help.

Who they pledged fealty too until he broke his oath for a foreign whore, as Glover put it. The Freys or Boltons have no cause for the Red Wedding if Robb keeps his word. Now a female stark is beckoning for your house. Same person who was married to a shitty king and midget who the Glovers were helping the Starks fight in open war. More recently she was married to a Bolton, who the Glovers now pay homage, in which she broke her wedding vows and ran away from. Glover doesn't see Jon as a stark;only a Bastard fighting with Wildlings.

I agree with all of this. I think the way the show has portrayed it, it is very reasonable that the Northern Houses wouldn't want any part on Jon Snow. Now if someone came forward with Robb's decree to legitimize Jon, that would possibly be a different story. But it seems that the show isn't going to go down that route, at least not at this point in the story. To be honest, I'm surprised Jon was able to get the Hornwood and the other house (I forget who the other one was). If Lyanna wasn't a young girl, I doubt House Mormont would've joined.

It had to be Arya. I have always assumed that someone would have to be dead in order for their face to be used by the assassins. We know she isn't dead, so therefore it couldn't have been anyone else.

Lyanna was the best part of the episode last night. She makes a perfect match for one of the Stark boys.

arya either created multiple arya's with the face trick to be legion

(which would be awesome, let her become master of her own band of assassins)

or

jaqen was pretending to be arya

Why wouldn't Jon bring Ghost with him to unite the Northern Houses? That would help his stance that the Starks are still strong.

He and Sansa can't afford that much CG

I don't remember that scene at all. I tried to find the video of it but couldn't. Do you remember what episode that was?

Brienne is already going to deliver a letter to the Blackfish. No need to send a raven as well.

It's definitely LF

"Well, either Jon is a deserter or resurrected right? I assume most people know that Ned Stark's bastard was Lord Commander of the Night's Watch by now."

Very good point. How is he going to get people to believe he was brought back to life?

Good point. I forgot about that. The scene from this season where he was cutting someone's face off threw me off. If you can use any face you want, why cut them off dead people?

Does anyone have any ideas why the Freys look to be on the march?

Well, the Faceless Men do that as well judging from the Prologue in AFFC. I just don't think they're having any remote shortages in faces to use. Seems like they have a dozen or so people that come to them to die daily.

Could Sansa legitimize Jon? I feel like the Northern houses would be a whole lot more willing to get behind a legitimate Stark and not a Snow.

I thought it was implied that when you became no one your face went on the wall.

Jaquen told Arya that "one way or another" her face would end up on the wall when he sent her out to kill Lady Crane. I took that as either she will fail and they'll kill her and take her face, or she would succeed and truly become no one and have her face removed.

I'd bet that neither Iacquen nor the Waif are using the face they were born with.

Surprised I haven't seen a screen shot of the letter Sansa was writing. I paused it on second watch and could make some of it out. The words "served" and "Winterfell" were clear

Just watched the scene again and took this screenshot:

They show the far right hand side of the letter a couple times, but they purposely kept most of it blurry

The top line says "fulfill your", the second line clearly says "for Winterfell" from the view right before she pours the wax, the rest is left blurry

The obvious answer seems to be that we're supposed to think she's writing to LittleFinger, especially since we know that they sent Ravens to all the other houses already, but "fulfill your..." is interesting because that next word could be anything" "duty," "promise," "vow," etc...

But yea its probably to Littlefinger

Sansa is a Stark though. All that would do is make Jon usurp her.
