Why would it be the worst writing of all time? There has to be losers in the game of thrones. Jon Snow may be one of the losers.

There are basic rules to story telling. Wasting our time with nearly 1000 pages would be shitty writing for sure.

Interesting contrast. Stannis is pretty evil and gets killed offscreen. Jon is quite good and he's killed onscreen.
Don't know if that means anything but it's an interesting thing to think about.

is that what his question meant? If so, frick man start at book 1. They are great and give a whole lot more story than the show does. Just get an app on your phone to help you with names and shite, WOIAF is an in house app that has the stamp of approval on it and it is easy to use, even has some sample chapters.

There has been so, so much foreshadowing not only to his resurrection in the books but also to him being a major player in this series.
And the metric frickton of information regarding his parentage. Talk about a lot of wasted information/foreshadowing there if he's just dead.

Honestly I don't put anything past GRRM. But I would be totally shocked if Jon stays dead. But I don't think GRRM cares if he pisses off his entire fanbase.
I think they did a lot of this the way they did to make people want to buy the next book, and to frick with people who drive them insane 24/7. Harington's interview was posted at 10:01 ET for frick's sake.

1. Balon Greyjoy
2. Pycelle
3. Kevan
4. Sadly, Tommen will likely die (again) next season.
They really left us all up in the air with Margary and Loras. What are they up to? Seemed like they could have pushed their story a little this episode.
Littlefinger's gift to Lady Olynna is still unclear but I'm still pretty sure it's Olyvar.

Jon Snow being actually dead would probably be very bad for the story...
..but I just hate these types of statements. Wasted your time? So that would all of a sudden make all those hours spent reading the books and watching the show not entertaining and interesting? Not likely.
