They will let Theon kill Ramsay because it's what casual fans would want.

OK, just because the weapon is right outside the door makes it excusable?
As I said, replace this scenario with Mama June where you're really forced into an arranged marriage and you have to frick her that night, or she's highly implied she'll let a bunch of pit bulls have their way with you. I'm sure you'd change your tune real quickly about this being a rape. This is just misogyny at its finest.

I don't care who kills him, just so everyone gets a taste.

where you're really forced into an arranged marriage
you keep throwing out scenarios that are not similar at all

Yes. But, she HAS to SAY "no". She can't just not want it. She needs to SAY IT!!!!
"We" all get to know her 'feelings' because WE are third party voyeurs via television. We get to know the plans and schemes, etc. From Ramsay's point of view:
1) she is a woman in medieval (type) times
2) She MARRIED him that very day
3) She bent over and took him
quote:
How can you honestly argue that that wasn't a rape?!
Because it was NOT rape

Sansa wasn't forced into an arranged marriage. She knowingly chose this marriage to get revenge on the Boltons.

You're still not getting that Sansa knew she didn't really have a choice in this matter. This is just the times, and if you got in an arranged marriage, you were usually buttered up to make this sound either great or not so bad.
But lets change it, if LF puts a knife to her throat and told Sansa she was going to do it, does that turn it into a rape?
And what about Tyrion having the morals not to have sex with her on their wedding night?
It's a rape. This is simply ridiculous anyone thinks it's not a rape.

quote:not really sure of this situation legally. if ramsay isn't in on it i don't think it's rape on his part because to his knowledge it's consensual. LF should definitely be charged with something though. we need a lawyer in here

Speculation is he is the new sparrow, right? So that message would have to come from KL.
The Bran angle is believable.

I think she has already seen it, but hasn't been able to comprehend what she is seeing yet. It's why he appears so brightly in her fires.

If you think LF was going to actually let Sansa turn around, you're nuts. He had way to much invested in it at that point. He said that in order to manipulate her into going along with his plan.
It was never her plan. It was always his plan.

He has a witness that will say whatever he tells him to say. No way he gets convicted.

I think people are still under the false assumption that LF gives a shite about Sansa and her safety
He wants her for her last name the same way that Boltons do
