Season 2 was atrocious. I enjoyed the show but the writing was very sloppy hence the lack of continuity in many of the plotlines

Three good choices. Smash was far from my favorite character but I love that send off. I also love where he leads the speech after he is suspended (season 2 I think), then the episode ends with him by himself in the locker room with his head down.
The one scene I remember from the movie is when Boobie Miles breaks down in the car with his grandfather outside of the hospital. Great scene, but tough to watch.

no, didn't like Street-baby, but I didn't want him with Lyla either. I only wanted her with Tim Riggins. And Matt Saracen and Julie, I wanted them to get married.

Great, great show. Loved it all. A real shame NBC didn't know how to market it, but we were lucky to get 5 years and a great finale.
One question: How did Julie get away with driving to Chicago when she was supposed to go finish her exams? Would Coach and Mrs Coach have killed her? Or were they cool because it was Saracen?
