i loved how tim would mess with that religious dude that lyla liked.

when tim walked out of lyla's bathroom to start season 3, i knew it was gonna be a great season.

tim was probably my favorite character. the only time i started to dislike him is when he got out of jail and became all pissy with his brother. i know his brother was a frick up and got him in the situation but it was his choice to take all the blame and he seemed happy with his choice then he got out and became a d-bag

yea, post-jail tim was pretty ridiculous.

i wish lyla would've made a return to season 5 when he got out. that would've pretty awesome.

The only great part about the storyline is when riggins calls in to her show

I had the itch to type an all out analysis post.

It's been too long.

I forgot to add to my original post that I also enjoyed the Vince and his father story line. When his dad got out of jail and moved back in and he tried to take over managing college recruiting for Vince. That angle is all to real when it comes to college recruiting nowadays with street agents and promises of gifts and money.

i liked the part when they went to Ok tech and stood there and listened to the coach talk to the booster about vince.

that was hilarious to me.

I agree that he was a d bag after getting out but I loved when coach Taylor and Garrity went to the parole hearing to speak as character witnesses for him.
You also have to understand why Tim was bitter and pissed at billy when he got out. He went to prison for his brother. Of course that was his choice but it probably wasnt a good experience for him and when he finally got out he probably regretted the decision. Plus he was upset that billy may be falling back in his old self of doing illegal things to make ends meat. Before he went to jail he told billy that he wanted him to get his life straight. That he going to prison for billy was a second chance for him to do right. I can see why he was upset.

Yeah, nice way to avoid the "no contact" rule for coaches illegally recruiting juniors.

I didn't think it was humanly possible for someone to hate the finale.

i enjoyed it, but i wish they could've gotten Street and Lyla back for a perfect close of the show.

they were the only two missing other than Smash, right?

During shooting of the finale, minka Kelly was busy working on a movie so they couldn't get her on board. I have no idea what street was doing.

Towards the end of the finale the camera pans to the clear eyes, full hearts sign in the Panther locker room and you briefly see Jason Street's signature on the wall.
That was his cameo appearance.
