Fresh prince was nominated for its fair share of awards (mostly Image and NAACP awards, but still)

Right, that's exactly what I just said. You compared FPoBA to two of the universally-considered best sitcoms of all time. It doesn't belong there. But IMO it belongs on the list of great 90s sitcoms.
I don't like Seinfeld, but that doesn't mean it's not a great sitcom. To you, FP isn't a great sitcom because you don't like it.

Home Improvement is definitely one of my favorite shows. And it doesn't get hated on by this board. Now, Jill Taylor specifically..yeah, she gets tons of warranted hatred.

It's been on since '93. Might be the longest running cable show, since Simpson is a network show.
ETA: It also may have the most episodes since they do about 50 a year. Twice what everyone else does.

That happened to air in the 90's, so they would be in the discussion for great 90's comedies. Whether they are all time greats is moot.
