Southern Comfort
The Waterboy
Fletch Lives
Honorable mention for By Dawns Early Light, which briefly shows Baton Rouge in flames.

My great-grandmother was in Steel Magnolia since she, and the rest of my family, are from Natchitoches. I’ve grew up watching that movie so it’s one of my Louisiana favorites.
I would have to say my favorite though is Deja Vu.

Yeah, if it were a movie, it would be the clear number one.
It's hard to beat The Green Mile for a drama
For a comedy, Waterboy edges out The Toy.
You also have to mention A Streetcar Named Desire and Beasts of the Southern Wild.
Also:
ETA - I totally forgot Interview with a Vampire
