My childhood Kitty Pryde boner is officially dead.
But seriously wow. Apparently there wasn’t enough LGBTQ representation already organically in the comic/show, especially with the forced lesbian plot last season. Now, just because Page is transitioning, the character transitions as well. And you know this isn’t even central to the plot because had Page not transitioned or this not been a thing, it wouldn’t have occurred in the first place. Netflix really bending over backwards for this one. If he was no longer comfortable in the role, give it to someone else and use the alternate timeline as a reason for the change.
