I was watching it on tv yesterday and I remember how big of a action movie it was as a kid back in 1997. How do you think the movie holds up today? Nicolas Cage was on top of the world at that time.

It was ridiculous and over the top then. It still is.

If you liked it then, you'll like it now. I've loved Con Air since day 1.

It’s one of tGOAT action movies. Nick Cage at the top of his game. It’s a masterpiece.

One of the most fun theater watching experiences of my teens. Packed house, everyone loved every second of it. There's a whole realm of legitimately great movies than all that typical Oscar bait drama.

It’s so bad it might be the greatest film of all time. It shouldn’t work, but it does.

How that villain pilot inexplicably not shot down con air is the only thing I remember.

Yearwood > Rimes

ETA: The producers of the film thought so, too.

It doesn't matter what part of the movie it is on, when Con Air or Starship Troopers is on, I am tuning in.

I couldn’t disagree more. Hell, Face/Off is better than The Rock.
