Dexter Character Deb she fookin sucks

I haven’t seen the show, so please no spoilers. I really like the show, but Deb bothers me.
Why is she so annoying in season 1? I feel like she’s worse than Skylar from Breaking Bad.
Masuka calls Dexter to confirm the DNA samples from his biological father, and then Deb picks up the phone and learning the truth of the DNA samples. Then, she starts bitching at him? I mean he’s never known his biological father and she gets offended?
frick her, anything that doesn’t go her way she cries.

It seems like he's saying he hasn't seen the entire show, but is currently watching it from the beginning. He just doesn't want any spoilers.
Deb is one of the most annoying/frustrating/stupid characters of any TV show. She also swears so much that it becomes quite unattractive (IMO.)

Absolutely hated Deb. Just a terrible casting decision. She was annoying AF and inconsistent in behavior. Well she was consistently annoying.

First time viewers always say the same thing. I was one of them. I watched the entire series again recently with my girlfriend and had a lot more sympathy for Deb. Her life fookin sucks!

She follows the long line of annoying wife/sisters in TV shows ruining everything for the main character.
