Following the massive success that was Deadpool, we have been eagerly awaiting its sequel. As yet untitled, Deadpool 2, is set for release on May 18th 2018, and we can’t help but wonder if it will be able to achieve the same glory as Deadpool.

Obviously, it remains to be seen if it’s actually the case or not. Test screenings are always hit or miss (Suicide Squad received a standing ovation) and aren’t normally a reflection of what the finished product actually is. Unless it’s awful, in which case there’s really no saving the film at all.

So far, the comments on Twitter have pointed to the film being pretty bad

So it's similar to the first one.

My arse will still be in the theater opening day no matter what screeners or critics say.

The original was terrible, so I'm not surprised.

All I need to hear about this "review." I'm not worried about this movie.

I'm going to see the movie regardless. But if they mess this up, I will be so pissed.

So nobody who's saying it is bad has actually seen the movie?

A bunch of spoilers leaked but some of those will probably change. At least people liked Cable.

Dark Phoenix also had a test screening and got great reviews so that's something to look forward to.

I mean, Batman vs Superman and TLJ both had great test showings and glowing first reviews...so...

Coming hot take: the first one was extremely overrated.

It will probably be the same jokes just rehashed. That is what made Guardians of the Galaxy 2 a big ol MEH.

It's pretty amazing how genuinely funny Ragnarok is. Michael Pena in Ant Man was funny. Other than that...humor in Marvel movies is pretty bleh.
