Tim Richmond was a character that's for sure. There is a poster (can't post it here) of the drivers that qualified for the Winston All Star Race. Only after the picture was taken, the posters printed and distributed, was it discovered that Richmond had pulled his dick out of his fire suit and had it hanging out for the world to see.

She's another limousine left-tard who will happily abandon her so called "principles" the moment there's a film to be made with pro right wing and anti-commie undertones.
Then she'll apologize to the unwashed masses on Twitter for accepting the role and promise to do better while laughing all the way to the bank.

IMO Robert Duvall was a big reason why the first one was so good.
Agree. The Gimme Some Lovin scene was the best.

To this day I've never seen DoT. Is it any good?
Absolutely. I'm in the minority with this but I like it better than Top Gun. Almost a perfect popcorn flick. It's between this and A Few Good Men for my favorite Tom Cruise movie.

I loved this movie when it came out in the 90s. Over the summer I did a rewatch. Not good. Some things are better left alone.

Did you not appreciate the artistic cinetomgraphy from a Tony Scott Film.
Every shot of that film is amazing, From the lightening to the set to the sound production.
They did a great job making that film and in the post production editing.
Plus it had Robert Duvall, Rand Quaid, Michael Rooker and a young John C Riley.
I dont get the hate.

Man i disagree. I did a re-watch not all that long ago and made me like it even more. Some cheesy parts but overall holds up really well.

Loved the first one when I was a kid. We rewound the endings where Duvall and Cruise raced to victory lane probably a few hundred times, laughing at how they ran
