I don’t particularly expect this one to be all that funny in relation to previous ones, but you never know. Who saw people like Peyton Manning, Jewel, and Martha Stewart being as funny as they were.

Roast master: Joseph Gordon-Levitt

Roasters: Cybill Shepherd, Edward Norton, Nikki Glaser, Lil Rel Howery, Dom Irrera, Kevin Pollak, Dennis Rodman, Martha Stewart, Jeff Ross, and Demi Moore

I want someone to top my favorite joke from a Comedy Central Roast. When Jeselnick said that Patrice O'Neal was so fat that he must deep fry his hands before biting his fingernails, I completely lost my shite.

Pollack’s funny as hell and Norton seems like he should be.

Cybil Shepherd has some George Takei potential since they hated each other on Moonlighting.

My question would be what material Willis declared off limits since he has a rep as a douchebag.

Jeff Ross, Dom Irrera, Kevin Pollack, and maybe Edward Norton should be good.

I still think the Franco roast is the best one they've aired in years, if for no other reason than Bill Hader's "Hollywood" character.

That wasn’t even his best joke of the night. I really think he delivered the best Roast joke of all time that only Patrice himself got:

“Mike Tyson, I love you. You’re my favorite boxer of all time. I don’t even want to stand up here and make fun of you. Besides what can you say about Mike Tyson that hasn’t already been the title of a Richard Pryor album?”

Second only to Norm MacDonald on the Bob Saget roast. But what made both of those good was that a lot of the roasters knew the honoree and they had personal jokes between each other. I wish these shows would do more of that and less of the rent-by-the-hour celebrity stuff. Like what the hell are Rodman and Martha Stewart doing there?

The best joke ever was at the Robe Lowe roast. Pete Davidson made a joke at the earlier Justin Beiber roast involving his dad (who died on 9/11).

So then Jimmy Carr then comes out and deadpans this gem:

Dom Irrera's been around a long time. I think I saw one of his specials in the 80s.

Judging from his performance there, the friend in Get Out probably needed 50 takes for each one of his amazing lines in that movie.

Cybil Shepherd looks like a gremlin with Down syndrome.

He laughed every 5 seconds and he said frick a lot. Not impressed with him.

And yeah Jimmy Carr was absolutely incredible in the Rob Lowe Roast.
