Because he is the kind of person that cannot back down from a fight or even keep it in proportion. To him all fights are life and death and must wins. Type of person that would lose the war to win the battle.

I struggled with the previous seasons. Enjoyed it growing with the karate kids, get the 80’s nostalgia but didn’t care for the kids stories. Think this one finally made the kids interesting enough for me. Also liked all the revisiting of karate kid 2 in this season. Of course Ali was nice but for some reason liked the Okinawa episodes a lot. Obviously now it is time to bring back the most annoying laugh if film next season.
On a side note, really surprised which soldier played Terry. The one who got shot looked more like a younger version of him.

Lots of tells in this show. I knew that nerdy kid would be with the hot blonde episode 1.

Yeah that definitely wasn’t a good look. But who knows, he may have told her all about it. I’m sure he had to in some capacity since he made the Doyona deal and saved the dealership. And the way Amanda handled the whole Ali situation, maybe she was cool with it anyway.

Just finished it and I don't think my boner can be any more blazing. These people are really racking up the felonies over their high school karate rivalry.
I think they can only have one more season of this. The way they burned through Japan and Ally makes me think they don't have it in them to do 6 plus seasons. We'll get Silver and Barnes next season and there really isn't anything left after that.

Stingray has some type of protection order where he has to stay 500 feet away from kids. The principle refers to him as Mr. Stingray in 3.01 - I loved his character
