I think the maid nailed it in guessing it was her. Especially when she was looking at the kids' photos and the last one (the older one) looked quite a bit like her.

It is curious as to why she left that life though. She said it was a split that wasn't on good terms.

Gonna be interesting to see where that one goes.

Amazing first three episodes. They didn't need a slow build to catch everyone back-up.

The "mexican stand-off" between Richard Harrow and the Irishman was riveting.

I want Jimmy back on Team Nucky.

I love this series. The Peggy plot might be interesting considering they are saying she's dead. I like the new Irish thug, but I hope this doesn't mean the tin man will see less screen time.

I don't even know why they have Paz de la Huerta wearing clothes in this series anymore. Bitch is naked at least 4-5 times an episode.

i know a lot of people say Chalky is their favorite character, but i really like Jimmy's character. I think he is by far the most interesting character.

Agreed. It's intriguing to watch him pull himself in two directions.

that's why I think she was crying. She knows now that her family thinks shes dead.

agree. Thats how it seemed to me. Another solid episode. Can't get a feel on Jimmy.

And For the record...I HATE season long episode threads!

this actually annoys me a bit. I feel like he should be allies with Nucky, because his father was standoffish from him in the beginning.

Nuck will get him back. The comment he made at dinner about how the Commodore treated his mom I think hit hard and made Jimmy think about what he was doing. The "which one" comment he made to his wife when she asked about dinner with his father was telling. Jimmy's not thinking as clearly as he was.

I thought it was cool that the thugs Jimmy killed when they tried to rob him ended up costing Lucky some serious dough. If he finds out Jimmy did it could get ugly.

or she left on bad terms and she's "dead" to them and since they never heard from her for 12 years, they assume she's dead

I'm also happy to see Capone in AC in this episode (i missed that dude). The scene where Jimmy helps his son with his shoes was pretty telling by Capone's expression on his face & how he spoke to tin man afterward.

i may be wrong but i read that as capone being jealous of the father that jimmy is and the life that it seems he has with his family.

Remember when Capone got really angry at his son (who has a hearing problem or is just plain deaf). It took Jimmy to tell Capone that his son had a problem. I took it as, Capone wishes he could actually talk to his son and have some kind of communication with him.

That's how I saw it also and the obvious reason Nucky brought it up. "Which one?" was the best line in the episode.

I think Eli's father will be throwing a wrench in these plans as well. Eli will end up betraying the Commodore as well.

I'm hoping Eli's father set him straight in that seen where he's cleaning him up. I'm tired of this commodore bullshite.
