Mbaku will take over as the new King of Wakanda. However, I'm not sure if that means Shuri is giving up her powers. Or if we will have 2 Black Panthers running around.

I’m guessing the king/queen doesn’t have to be the Black Panther. T’Challa was BP before his father died, right?

How the hell did Wakanda go from a fortress so impressive that the Avengers chose there to fight Thanos and his entire army of thousands, yet they don't have shite for defense in this movie???

Vibranium leveled the playing field and no one knew about Namor or Talokan-?

But no one stole anything, they killed them before they could do anything, literally.

From the way I understood it, Wakanda force field shield protecting their land doesn't go underwater. If that's the case they never had a chance against Namor.

I finally finished it today after starting and falling asleep during it 3 times prior.

Overall, I thought it was pretty gd boring and way too long but I thought they did Namors personality justice. It just seems most don’t like all the other changes they made to him.

sometimes I forget these characters have really been around this long.

Namor comes from the series that introduced Captain America and the first Human Torch (an android, not Johnny Storm).

Just watched it. That was a very forgettable movie.

Riri's suit was shite. The actress seemed okay, but I'm not too thrilled about the way they are showing her character on screen just yet

Can we talk about how it took Tony Stark months of training and tinkering to make Iron Man and be able to effectively fly in it and she did it in between scenes

Ryan Coogler is absolutely awful at fight scenes. That final fight on the boat had the worst CGI and comical fight moves between characters. It was awful and looked like it was a fan film.

Normally this type of thing is reserved for the less-than-fleshed-out villains.

But yeah, that annoyed me too. Generally everything about that character annoyed me.

To be sure, the Spanish conquest of Central America was brutal and inhumane, but this is an absolutely valid point. That the barbarians from Europe saw what the Aztecs were doing and were all, "Dude, WTAF?" speaks volumes.

The racism of the "Noble Savage" always amuses me. Indigenous people have a rich history that included kicking the shite out of each other in every region of the West, but if ask most liberals, the entire hemisphere was rainbows and puppy dogs.
