Total Recall is great but Predator is the winner easily.

I love both, but this is Predator by a lot.

As hard as it is to believe, Predator is likely underrated. Its plot, pace, action, acting, etc. are all borderline perfect in terms of how a movie should be. It's not my favorite movie by any means, but it's almost a perfect movie, if that makes sense.

I consider Total Recall more of an Arnie film--it's a better vehicle for him. There's way too much star power in Predator for it to feel like the Arnie show.

On the whole though Predator is better. It's possibly the most perfectly paced action movie out there. Doesn't overstay its welcome by a second. I love everything Paul Verhoeven touches, and Total Recall is a classic in its own right, but Predator is legit one of my two or three all-time favorite movies.

Recall easily, Predator is a better action film, but the what is reality aspect of TR makes it a better overall film for me. Just more there for me than an alien hunt action movie, plus it is more fun and rewatchable to me than predator.

Didn't Arnold kill Sharon Stone? That was a great scene. Predator was good though.
Come on, where's the spoiler alert warning.

Predator is one of my favorite Arnold movies, so this would get my vote. I was never into TR, and only saw it once.

Predator. Just a better movie all around. Saw it in the theater.

TR is good too.

Total Recall is the more important and interesting film. It's quite smart for what it appears to be. Great movie.

Predator is the tighter action film. Also a great movie.

Get to the choppa and don't choose one or the other.
