I didn't watch past episode five. I read the summaries for the last two episodes. What an unfunny downer that show was.

Would you recommend this show?

No. It's a downer and barely funny. It's a pretty poor excuse for a dark comedy.

Yeah, I had to force myself to finish it. I did laugh though when he was doing comedy bits in that suit and would use that noise maker and start hip thrusting. Some reason I found that funny.

The rest I'm mad I wasted a few hours on it.

In no way was this show a comedy or dark comedy. It was never intended to be.

She's saying she will. I'll be surprised if she actually does.

She's also trying to get over $1M from Piers Morgan for her interview.

So an insane person is suing because a show makes her look insane. Surprising.

Interesting watch. Fairly well paced. Not starting with the rape was a smart decision (since no one else knew about it, we could watch and wonder why this guy was in need of positive reinforcement).

It appears to be a case of someone feeding off of being a victim. Even the show itself seems to be more of a plea for attention than a warning. With all of the "victims" out there crying about the tiniest slights, this guy seemingly went through hell and went back for more (again and again). The show doesn't do any favors for the other true victims out in the world.

With all of the darkness in this series, I was most uncomfortable watching his standup.

It was a stroke of genius to cast Fat Bastard from Austin Powers as the father.

Cannot stand watching stupid people repeat stupidity day after day. My fault.

I know we're supposed to find deeper meaning in this but this was my takeaway.

The he-she was gross. But the more you see it, the more it will be normalized.

Martha was the high point of the show. She was a little bit Kathy Bates in Misery, and a little bit Glenn Close in Fatal attraction. I thought that was going to be the general gist of the show...

but then it got dark and fricked up real quick.

I finished it. I wasn't bored. I guess this is what passes for "compelling entertainment" these days.

What makes it more interesting is the lead male actor, is the writer, who lived this actual experience. He is telling his own story. This all happened

Not at all convinced it all happed like he portrayed in the show.

More like his one sided version of it. With some artistic license

Not sure what I think of this show.

Is it well done? Yes. Well acted. Well put together show.

I just hated the main character so fricking much. He was almost as psycho as Martha just in a different way.

I just disliked him so much it was hard for me to enjoy the show.

Just watched episode 4 last night. WTF man. Kept wondering where it was going with a disclaimer of sexual violence. Craziest thing about this show was this clown pulling someone like Keely.
