Idk teasers are generally when filming hasn’t wrapped so they throw together some completed filming into a minute or so teaser to just begin the hype.

I guess I just don't see why anyone would expect the same thing as the infinity war trailer in our first look at Endgame. There will be one more trailer which will likely have the action everyone is looking for.
