I think they were going with Infinity Gauntlet until Zoe Saldana spoiled it then like your theory states, they crowdsourced it.

Yeah, this is definitely more of a teaser/title reveal than a trailer. They're hiding most of the money shots and Thanos reveal for the final trailer. The only real "wow" moment in this is the Hawkeye reveal.

Yeah, it looks like Scott Lang is listed as one of those lost in the Snap. That's why Steve asks if Lang being at the front door was a recording; they all thought he was snapped.

Y'all really think all footage is from the first 30 minutes?? Hell, the first shot of Thanos's armor scarecrow after the Marvel Stud10s title card is the last pages in the comic.
I don't really care, I just thought that was cool to see. I'll be in theaters same as you regardless of how many trailers come out.
This is the point they really need to establish Adam Warlock though.

My guess is that the entire Tony stuck in space section is the pre-title card footage.
