Benihana Christmas where Michael marks the Asian girl’s arm with a sharpie to tell them apart. Often overlooked here is that the two girls that come to the Christmas party are completely different actresses than the waitresses they’re hitting on at the restaurant.

The episode where Dwight tries to take michaels job.
Dwight: I know you like their blouses
Jan: how do you know that
Dwight: *sheepishly* it’s part of my job
Jan: no. It’s officially not part of your job.

Toby’s exit interview with Michael. Michael is so excited about it and then Holly and Pam come into the conference room.

The dinner party at michaels condo is next level cringe.

The episode where Dwight predictably kills sprinkles and we later find out he just threw her in the freezer while she was still alive.

I really didn't want to start a new thread since there's already a handful of Office threads lately but wanted to mention this.

Comedy Central has been airing the full series lately, 5 or 6 eps a night all the way through then starting at the beginning again. I understand that you can't just have the.exact.same characters for 9 straight seasons but for some reason it really bothers me the way they turned dwight into a huge ladies man. Early in the series it's implied he's a virgin (in season ~2 he talks about that ball chair thing improving sex life and jim says you aren't having any and dwight kinda agrees). We know the scene where he asks toby abt the female anatomy. He lives on a farm and I mean it's dwight. Yet fast forward in the series and he's banging angela on company property (which is something the "real" dwight would absolutely not go along with IMO), he hooks up with the honestly pretty hot bridesmaid at jim's wedding which causes her to desperately cling to him and yearn for more dwight action, and he gets with the hot farm girl in the later seaosons as well.

I mean sure it's all plausible, it just seems like such a complete deviation from the character from the beginning of the show. Probably just nitpicking for no reason but I never found that to be very realistic.

Dwight was having sex with Angela at that point. It was mentioned at the start of Season 4 that Dwight and Angela had been hooking up for over 2 years before the Sprinkles incident.

That, I believe, is why Dwight gave that look to the camera when Jim said he wasn't having sex.

The Lover is an all-timer.

The scene where Michael tells Jim that he's sleeping with Pam's mom

Jim: Who's the lucky lady?
Michael: Pam's mom
Jim: You're joking. You're not sleeping with Pam's mom.
Michael: Oh yeah, big time.
Jim: What kind of car does she drive?
Michael: She drives a green Camry
Jim: oh shite...

Only topped by Pam realizing Michael is sleeping with her mom:

Then Pam slapping Michael in the parking lot

Such an amazing episode.

"As I watched Pam's big, strong hand coming towards my face, I saw my entire life flash before my eyes. And guess what? I have four kids. And I have a hover car and a hover house. And my wife is a runner, and it shows. And Pam and Jim are my best friends, and our kids play together. And I'm happy. And I am rich and I never die. It doesn't sound like much, but it's enough for me."

Thanks for CC we're finally getting around to watching the later seasons. I feel bad for saying it but I don't miss Michael Scott.
At the same time, the dinner party is my favorite episode. When he yells "THAT IS A $200 PLASMA SCREEN TV", I lose it everytime.
The episode when Dwight stages the fire and Stanley having a heart attack is a close second. The CPR class in that episode is classic. Between Kevin saying "Call it" after 20 seconds of CPR and Dwight saying they need to harvest the organs and cutting the face off the dummy. Classic.

You make some good points about Dwight, I just prefer to enjoy it and chalk it up to him changing as a person.

Btw, you left out the hot basketball player girl when he and Michael went to NY to party with Ryan. Dwight got them all in that club and the girl asked Dwight to call her and he says to Michael, "I'm not gonna call her."

Also, what about his going away present? A rock with a "suck on this" note. Then he says he doesn't know what it is only to have Dwight rat him out.

I happened across a little nugget of information about Angela....apparently she does a nude scene in a recent role (Half Magic)...pics are online. Also, it appears that she was, at one point, married to Toby's real-life brother (they look just alike too)

I actually think that was the out of character part. He's a confident man the entire series. At that point he was sleeping with Angela and works on a farm with animals. Him not knowing about the female anatomy really didn't make sense. It was almost like the writers came up with the joke and shoe-horned Dwight to ask it. If anything, Michael is the male character in the office that would know the least about the female anatomy.

Exactly. IMO Dwight being a low key ladies' man is one of the best things about the show and the character. I thought it was absolutely great that he hooked up with Pam's hot friend. That was a great little subplot of the wedding episodes. When he's mowing through breakfast and Michael asks him what his deal is, and he goes "I'm ravenous after a night of lovemaking.." I busted out laughing at that.

His knowing nods to the camera when sexual things are mentioned are fantastic.

Dwight's friend Rolf was pretty great in the company picnic episode. He had Dwight's back no matter what.

Rolph: Here's an accounting question for you: what does one fiance plus one lover equal? Answer: one whore.

It kinda used to bother me, but then I thought about it.

Angela is the only woman at Dunder Mifflin who is even slightly attracted to Dwight, which totally makes sense. Most of Dwight's other encounters with women happen outside of the office - like the basketball girl at the club in NYC that he makes out with, or Pam's bridesmaid. Girls that really don't know him all that well.

Also, I think that part of the humor there is that Dwight was able to easily hook up with women without even trying; meanwhile, Michael was so bad at it he was on the phone with his mom or sleeping in the laundry room by the end of the night.
