Everyone hates Gabe but I thought he was the most underrated character on the show

Gabe's creepiness really shines in the episode where Andy brings him back to get back at Erin and Plop and they are all in the conference room together.

Another of my favorites that doesn't seem to get mentioned a lot is The Deposition. So many funny moments.

I hated Gabe when the show was still on the air.
After watching Silicon Valley, I did a rewatch of The Office and the Gabe character became one of my favorites. That actor plays that type of character so damned well.
