Another The Office thread.. Underrated Episodes

Another post got me thinking, season 8 and season 9 aren't as good, but they really did have some good episodes. What are some of your underrated episodes?
I don't see it referenced a lot, but S9E6 "The Boat" has one of my favorite scenes, where Dunder Mifflin was invited on a radio show and Dwight volunteers to go on it, but it ends up being canceled so Nellie, Pam, Jim and Darrel prank Dwight by acting like they are the radio show.
Nellie eventually tells Dwight that David Wallace is holed up in his house with the mail man as a hostage and Dwight calls him on his cell phone... I lose it every time..
Dwight: "Oh, I'm OK. I just want you to know that I believe in you. I really do. And I believe in your ability to make the right choices. I always have, David."
David Wallace: "Well, thanks Dwight."
Dwight: "You're welcome, sir. But David, listen to me carefully. I'm gonna need you to let the mailman go. Ok?"

I know that I have seen every single Office episode, but I really have a tough time remembering anything from the later seasons. I have absolutely no recollection of the episode you described. I guess it has a lot to do with TBS showing the first few season of the Office everyday. I had a chance to watch most of the early episodes many times over.

I think most of the last season is underrated. They kind of got back to their roots a little.

I don't know if it's under rated, but Toby's last day when Holly thinks Kevin is retarded is just hilarious.
It's also kind of nice to see Michael actually getting along with a female being himself.
And of course the exit interview with the questions Michael wants to ask Toby.

When Toby returns and Michael/Dwight plant marijuana on him(which wasn't the real stuff which Michael thought he was buying). Hilarious episode. Love it when the police walk in and Creed is panicking.

That is a fact.

I was about to type this. It’s all sort of a blurry mess once Michael leaves. The show suffered from so many extraneous characters. On a logic standpoint, why did a paper selling office needs so much office staff? More importantly, the extra staff in the later episodes weren’t funny.

I hated Nellie. I did like Clark and Pete though. I thought they were a solid addition.
The main problem was Andy as manager IMO.

When Dwight and Andy are playing Take Me Home Country Road on banjo and guitar to impress Erin.
Dwight starts singing the song in German.
Dwight and Andy keep one-upping each other, then Toby comes and bangs on the window and tells them to stop.
One of my favorite moments of The Office.

I've decided that the most brilliant joke in the entire series is when Michael wears a woman's suit.

Andy's garden party.
"To the troops... All of them... Both sides"

The episode when Michael bests Oscar in a political discussion about the U.S. and China by playing to his audience's emotions.
"A lot of people say that if you dig long enough and hard enough, you will get to China, and that may be true. But what they don't tell you is that if you dig long enough and hard enough in a conversation, you get... to a friend."

Props to CC for not only picking the series, but concurrently running two different timelines.
The episode that Dwight diabolically sets up Pam in a blind numbers prize scheme in which only her and Jim win is an under the radar great.
The scene with him calling corporate and impersonating Kevin, Stanley & Toby lodging complaints is hilarious.

Kevin: Who makes it?
Michael: Uh, [reading the inside of his jacket] MISSterious. And it is mysterious because the buttons are on the wrong side... that's the mystery.

Just watched the episode where Toby is saying they need to get an inspector to look at asbestos and stuff and he calls them the silent killers. Then Michael tells Toby he is the silent killer and to go back to the annex

The episode when Michael has to do counseling with Toby.
Michael Scott: Toby, can I really tell you anything?
Toby Flenderson: Of course.
Michael Scott: Well, the other night, I was sitting at the table eating my penis - I mean peas. That was weird. Ah, that's weird. I think it all stems from the fact that I was... I was probed. By an alien life force. An A.L.F. ALF. You know I might've actually been probed by ALF. You might think he's a puppet. You never see the lower half, but there's a lower half.

Survivor Man was the first episode I saw and I immediately fell in love with the show.
I crack up seeing Michael cut off the sleeves of his jacket, create some stupid hat with the material, then a few minutes later tape the sleeves back on Bc he’s cold.

Just watched this one yesterday and when Dwight tackles Michael I lose my shite every time.

First episode I ever saw was Dinner Party. And even though I didn't really know any of the characters, I fell in love and immediately went and bought the first three seasons on DVD and binged all of it that weekend. Never missed another episode after that.
And Dwight and Andy trying to one-up each other with Take Me Home, Country Roads is one of my favorite scenes of the entire series. Everything about it is hilarious. Erin telling Dwight "You're good" and him responding sheepishly "You're good." Andy with the whole "Oh, you heard that? I'm so embarrassed." Andy harmonizing ridiculous high-pitched. Dwight in German. It slowly turning into a jam session and them ignoring Erin, and she ends up just walking out. Then of course Toby, "You have to stop." That whole sequence is just great.
Hilarious.

"I am going to fashion shelter out of my suit jacket"
One of the episodes that I consider underrated is when we are introduced to Date Mike at the Dave n Buster's.
