Looks like the Zombie fell in the well since there was a hole in the well cover and broken planks from the cover floating in the well with the zombie.

She didn't kill it. Just whacked it on the head with a bat. Darryl shot it with the crossbow after it got back up.

Damn, I didn't think about that being someone she knew. That would make sense with her reaction.

And the zombie was asian. And so is Glenn.

So... can I get someone to put out a decent diagram, timeline, and work load distribution chart explaining the proper procedure necessary to construct and maintain a moat.

Worried your moat won't be of any use if by some chance the zombie apocalypse does not occur? Moats are also useful in getting rid of other unwanted intruders, such as gypsies: LINK

That canned ham would come in handy when they hold their zombie Christmas get together.

This. If zombies meander down the highway and are walking through the woods they can obviously stumble across the farm and fall in a well. Zombies ain't real smart, probably walked right in to a giant hole.

She could have very well known the person, maybe a friend or neighbor. Personally I think yall are reading to much in to it.

No biggie, they just killed that deer the day before, plenty of good meat. If the kid dies they can eat him too!
