I read about 10-11 issues of the comic. It sucks. good story line, but absolutely ridiculous dialogue and the plot gets completely retarded when they get to Hershel's imo. I stopped reading.

You stopped reading at exactly the wrong time.

It's GOT to be some undead family members. And I'm pretty sure the girl knew the well zombie. No way a single walker was just out there on their farm

Absolutely, she definitely knew who it was. Nobody would react like that to killing one random Zombie.

Damn, I didn't think about that being someone she knew. That would make sense with her reaction.

The preview of Daryl falling off a horse was a clip from the end of "Talking Dead" and it ran over a cpl mins into the Hell On Wheels timeslot. I suspect that is why some people saw it and some didn't.

Talking Dead always shows a clip from the next week's WD episode that wasn't in the previews at the end of WD. Not the best constucted sentence but maybe it makes sense.

I watched that scene again last night cause I missed her reaction that most of you have alluded to. Didn't she also start to say something like "What do we do with it?" like beating its skull in isn't the obvious thing to do?

Yea, when t-dog started to beat its skull in, it cuts to her quickly and she looks sick to her stomach and quickly walks away.

You have to remember that they have been on the farm, isolated from a lot of the violence that Rick & Co. have had to become accustomed to. To the travellers, killing a zombie has become like killing a tick or mosquito or spider, to the Greens, I think it is still a little more like they are human.

I don't buy it. They've still had to go in and out of town to get supplies, they know exactly what type of monsters the Zombies are. Maggie said she had been to the pharmacy a few times before. I'm sold she knew who was in the well.

Plus she already killed one while on the horse, picking up Rick's woman to take her to the kid.

I was thinking a zombie might come and eat the horses while Maggie was banging Glenn.

She didn't kill it, but she sure tried. I just wonder if the zombie happened to fall in the well or if they put it down there before it turned.

She reacted that way because it was friggin gross, not because she knew that blob.

I don't think Glenn lasted long enough to make that an issue.

I think they would have taken the gate off of it first. He definitely broke a few boards on the way down, but who knows.

She may have very well known who it was. Not saying she didn't. I'm just saying that the folks on the farm haven't seen all the shite that the others have and are probably holding onto their old ways of thinking a little more than Rick and the gang.

And I did find it odd that someone ask her of that was the first time she had seen one killed up close, yet she had clubbed the one with the bat that was about to kill Andrea.

Yeah that's what I think too. As I said, they, the Greens, just haven't become as used to that type of violence and gore as the travellers have.

The Greens see the zombies as sick humans. To Rick and the other travellers, they see it as no different than killing a snake.
