And it’s just so clear they’re not Lord of the Rings fans. “Can’t wait to see my girl Galadriel!” No… that’s not how LotR mega fans talk. They talk about the intricacies of Lord of the Rings above all else. While Legolas is badass, he’s not much of a subject except in his relation to Gimli in the overall tale when it comes to the actual fans.
Say what you will about Stephen Colbert, but he’s clearly a super fan even if he’s woke as all frick. The silver lining to this series is him. He said that the Seuss Estate did the right thing by cancelling several Dr Seuss novels, where even Jimmy Kimmel ripped into him over that saying Trump will win in 2024 for sure if they keep up with this shite. But now it’s coming for his Precious, and I’m going to laugh.

What's funnier is that made multiple versions of this 'superfans' video, for different countries.
All 100% scripted and fake. None of those 'fans' knows 1 damn thing about Tolkien. None of the UK ones have any LOTR or Tolkien vids in any of their feeds before this stuff came out. They're all frauds.

How many people are LOTR superfans and knowledgable on Tolkien lore versus those who aren't?
Amazon is going to re-make this thing in the minds of young people. That's a big part of what "woke" is. I hope it crashes and burns, but too much of this crap has found long-lasting purchase.
