Mikey about to tap, wow he already is getting trench foot looks like. These guys need to change socks and keep feet dry but dude looks pretty filthy

This is the same dude who got lost on day 2

I've never been in their scenario, but I don't think I would just go walking off all willy nilly in the woods without something to make my path back.

He did mention he forgot to bring paracord to mark his trail so he could find his way back easier. Pretty sure he won't be doing that again.

Since he was hunting, it wouldn't have been a good idea to hack marks in trees to mark his path.

He’s not easy to root for because he does retarded shite. And it’s early. Usually they start doing stupid shite when they’re malnourished and it’s frozen so it’s understandable.

Do you have youtubeTV? If so that's why, we don't get the History channel so I use torrents.

Halfway through episode two and for sure Mikey is going to make some excuse to tap.

Crappy hunter, crappy fisherman, autistic kid, has the fat but completely out of shape. Kind of a pussy in general.

All 3 girls in this episode are pretty good except for maybe the ex model, although she did put on a lot of extra weight. Building that nice shelter and not getting food is going to hurt her though.

The other two guys are in it for the long run though. Both are legitimately fishing hard, you have to do that.

Him getting lost was hilarious, I thought he might tap right there. He’s definitely not long for the show.

Finished episode 2 last night.

I bet episode 3 starts off with Mikey tapping out. He annoys me. I can't to see more of the little Alaskan dude.

so far enjoying the new season.

"the hunter" guy can F off. didnt put on weight and came in thinking he was earths greatest hunter and then loses ALL his arrows. he deserves to go home

Mikey seems like an idiot.

The ole alaskan guy seems to know his stuff.

The ladies seem pretty competent this go around

The south american guy kinda rubs me the wrong way. He burned up his big fish catch but honestly that fire blazed up so fast im not sure much he could done. Probably shouldnt have had that big a fire for smoking.

Spoiler Alert, so proceed at your own risk.

Interesting episode. Two tapping out with Lee DeWilde, the 59 yr. old skinny guy from Alaska being the first to tap. He's from Huslia, Alaska and there's a guy on one of those Alaskan survival shows with the same last name and same home base that looks like he could be his younger brother.

Then later in the show Ann, the 56 yr. old woman from Wisconsin tapping out when she got weak and figured she couldn't even hunt in the condition she found herself.

Cade, the dumbass that lost all his arrows made a bit of a comeback by making new arrows and actually using them to kill a grouse for food. He's back in the hunt, but still comes off as a bit arrogant.

For a while, it looked like the guy from Ga. was going to tap with his ongoing nausea and stomach pains, but he stuck it out and was feeling better as the show progressed.

So, down to 8 and the weather hasn't even changed for the worse yet.

Such a weak cast this season, every tap has been absolutely pathetic.

Once they start talking about their family, you know they are done.

Also, the way they are editing the show, it looks like fishing is really the only reliable way to get protein in the early stages. Once the lake freezes, that could make it much more difficult (or easier ).

I don’t think this show needs to be 90 minutes.

Not sure I’m rooting for anyone yet.

The last tap-out guy, Luke, pissed me off a bit at the end of the last show.

Here he is with bad stomach cramps, puking and shitting up a storm from some potential intestinal bug, likely due to him early on drinking water directly from the lake instead of boiling it first and contracting giardia.

He's got the phone in his hand getting ready to tap out and looks up to see a bear. Fires 2 arrows at the bear and then realizes it's a sow with a cub and that is illegal to hunt. BUT, he was willing to try to kill a bear when just seconds before he's ready to tap due to his health issues. Then he taps once he misses the bear to head home.

They never showed him puking or shitting so I’m assuming he made it up to assuage his tap and make it seem like he didn’t have a choice

He did complain of "bubble gut" several times and mentioned his nausea and gastric distress, but I know I don't want to see anyone taking a liquid dump like he claimed he did in his sleeping bag the night before he tapped.

Trying to hold off watching until the season is done without any spoilers... just a quick question:

Are the contestants finally able to hunt all of the animals in the area without any silly restrictions like no fishing nets, etc?
