Sorry to hear Walton or Parker didn't win ... but there is some serious WL fatigue and I get it.
We were nominated for best design at the Creative Emmys last weekend (same venue) ... Penguin and Severance won everything and were much deserved.
But TDMTVbd was represented with an Emmy nod. That's likely a first.

The Emmys have always been terrible at nominating and choosing winners. It’s the same shows, the same people every year.
The expansion of nominees in each category has been a total bust. It’s everyone from Show A vs everyone else in Show B.
Example: I love Hacks, but does Jean Smart need another Emmy for that show?
I think supporting actor in a drama series had only nominees from White Lotus and Severance? Really? There weren’t any other good supporting performances in other shows?

Seriously.
The Pitt and The Studio have been cleaning up for years.

What a joke
Congrats to Noah Wylie.
I need to watch Adolescence.
Not surprised The Bear didn’t win
Shrinking was funnier than The Studio, but I’m not mad about it

Are there 5 people in America who could tell you who Hannah Einbinder is?

The Gilmore Girls cameo.

It’s quality but absolute garbage concept based on lies.

Absolute congrats. I hate to say “it’s an honor to be nominated” but WL set pieces were fantastic this year and my wife got annoyed with me pointing out how beautiful they were.
Keep it up!

She's Laraine Newman's daughter.

Biggest takeaways: Nate Bargatze wasn't ready for this big of a spotlight, and Ray Romano and Brad Garrett are still at the very top of their game. Whoever saddled Bargatze with the charity money gimmick really hamstrung him. Romano and Garrett gave a master class in presenting.
Glad that The PItt actors came out on top. Insane that Noah Wyle never won for ER.
Cristin Miliot was the most deserving of the night.
Jeff Hiller winning for Somebody, Somewhere was amazing. He beat out some big names and big shows. The other nominees were hilariously excited for him when they said his name.
Funny how the glow fades from academy favorites like White Lotus and Abbot Elementary.
Had to laugh when they made a big deal of the movie directing category having five women nominated... and the award went to the one guy. You saw him roll his eyes and laugh as they read his name and the irony of the moment hit him.

Yes, yes she does. I get your beef but that’s not a great example given how good that show is and how good the cast is.

I love Nate to death but was disappointed and I thought the money bit was tiring after an hour.
Him and Shane are my 1,2 but the award show circuit just isn't their jam

Huh? I could be mistaken, both I believe both of these shows are only in their first seasons.
