I originally had Robin Hood and The Sword in the Stone. Tangled and Toy Story 3 are too good to be left out. 10 would be better, just too difficult for 5 for me personally. Those 7 plus Toy Story, Finding Nemo, and Beauty and the Beast would be a solid 10 without weakness.

ETA: Little Mermaid is better than The Sword in the Stone. Damn this is hard.

People/live action
20,000 leagues under the sea
Treasure Island
Shaggy Dog
Mary Poppins
Pirates of the Caribbean

Maleficent gets high honorable mention

Animated/CGI
Finding Nemo
Peter Pan
Pinocchio
Snow White
Sleeping Beauty

Lady and the Tramp, Lion King, Frozen, and The Little Mermaid all get high honorable mention

Alt question might be: were there ever any bad Disney movies?

I feel like the Pixar movies should be separated from the Disney movies.

I couldn't put Finding Nemo and Wall-E on the same list as Lion King.

Toy Story trilogy is #1 and it's an easy #1. It's 20 years old and is still the most popular kids movie.
Cars is a close second.
Frozen is making a case to move up there, time will tell.

It's a crap shoot after those 3.

In if this includes PIXAR.

it does
LINK

It's funny that the link you provide as "evidence" (at least that's how it seems), refutes your claim that Pixar films should be included, since none are listed in that link.

Doing 5 Disney movies is really tough. So I'll just go off the top of my head and try not to think about it too much. And I'm going no Pixar, because that would just be too impossible.

Lion King
Robin Hood
Old Yeller
The Boys: The Sherman Brothers Story
Who Framed Roger Rabbit

Honorable mention/shout out to others I loved as a kid such as:

The Sword in the Stone
Flight of the Navigator
The Gnome Mobile
Swiss Family Robinson
The World's Greatest Athlete
