comes on FX. They've been showing previews for quite a while during Sons of Anarchy and Always Sunny. It looked promising at first but since then the previews have gotten kind of stupid IMO. Granted I didn't see it last night but I don't have as high hopes as some do in this thread, that's for sure.
ETA: and yeah, it's about a group of friends in a fantasy league.

I thought it was funny, but I'm not sure how long they can keep it funny with the premise. I mean, how many FF football jokes can you use? At what point does it become a show just about a group of dudes, rather than their FF league?

I think that they were intentionally setting up normal fantasy picks for everyone except for Paul Scheer. I am glad that all of the Human Giant guys are getting their big breaks right now.
It does seem like they are setting themselves up for a lot of running gags that could get tired after a while (Lajoie is a clueless idiot in every scene, Scheer is the butt of everyone's jokes, etc), but that was a great first episode.
