Eggs taste like what your flavor them with. They are kind of a blank palette.

Growing up my parents told me I was allergic to eggs, to my knowledge I never ate one so I'm not sure why they said that. Maybe a test they give babies? Anyway I'm not, either grew out of it or never was not sure. But never really acquired a taste for eggs. I'll can eat them in fried rice, or other foods that have them in it. But to just eat an egg is not something I will choose to do.

My family had chickens growing up, fresh eggs every morning...Why would that turn you off? Some people love sausage but can't stomach how its made syndrome I guess?
