1. The man can easily prevent this
2. It isn’t the babies fault the mom is a ho and the dad a piece of shite. The baby should absolutely get to live the lifestyle as if the father was actively raising it

Then you should be pushing for court mandate audits and records checks on where this capital is actually going, and public floggings when it ends up being used for anything not directly affecting the child. Until that's pushed through, I don't see how million dollar judgements help anyone, it's like throwing money at warlords and hoping pennies make it to the people that actually need it.

I understand the spirit of what you are saying.
Its ridiculous that these whores get to prey on rich men then profit and live a lifestyle.
But what is the alternative? What does it mean to "only go to the child"?
Does living expenses like a house in a nice neighborhood and a car to get the child around count towards the child?
Yes, then the mother "gets" those things.
What about a housekeeper or a tutor or cook?
Maybe?
Obviously things like designer clothes for the mother and so on, no.
Its a hard thing to navigate, legally.
Just don't knock up whores.

But the baby should get a great house just as if it was living with the father. Great schools, clothing, etc. Some of that also benefits the babies mother. If the mother funnels the money to herself only, sure penalize her.

I get fired up about all of this because I know dudes in middle and lower middle class just getting eaten alive by this kind of stuff. Are they perfect dads, no, but it's insane to me a partner can cheat, get the kids a majority of the time, get child support, use it for other things while the child gets a sliver, and then goes insane banging bf/gfs posting all over social media.

Like it's all the ho's fault? Rich men wanting that pussy is just as much the man's fault. He should have worn a condom. He should have been more selective about where he put it. The issue is the child support payments are based off of the earnings of the NFL player father, which are obviously high.

I cannot imagine putting my child in that outfit much less posting it for all to see. That is absolutely pitiful. What a life that kid is going to live.
