I personally wouldn't put Blank near the top of the Falcons problems
He's absolutely the TOP problem.

I thought Blank was the one that really wanted ? But Belechick was asking for too much control. Seems like no team in the NFL wanted anything to do with his demands.
I will agree on this and disagree with VA on. If BB was in such high demand he wouldn't have taken the UNC job

I'd say not moving off Brees after 2018, despite the horrible call. If it didn't happen then, it wasn't meant to be.

As a Browns fan I knew what #1 was going to be before I even opened the article

Houston Texans Biggest mistake: Trading DeAndre Hopkins to the Cardinals (2020)
Nope.
It’s hiring BOB

Fans would have revolted and we didn’t have a good alternative for a team that was still good enough to contend

There are a lot of people commenting in this thread who do not understand the concept of a decade. Basically we are talking the worst mistakes in the last five years and half of the comments are about the 2017 draft.

Let’s be fair, 2017 is still less than 10 years ago

Trading for Chris Olave is the worst move we have made since the Ricky Williams trade
That wasn't terrible.
It's just that we could have stayed put instead of trading up, and gotten equal value. His concussion issues might be the result of being with the Saints, at least somewhat.

Saints hiring Dennis Allen
This is the correct answer.

Tied with giving Rasputin power.
How AZ doesn't get more shite for drafting KM #1 is puzzling to me. He is a project and gimmick.

Title does not say the past decade (i.e. the last ten years). It says this decade (i.e. the 2020s).

It definitely was terrible.
We had to give away so much to get the picks from the eagles and then give up even more to trade with the commanders for #11.
All for a plus mediocre receiver

I'd say promoting him to GM more than hiring him as HC.

Saints- Hiring Mickey Loony as GM.

The linked article makes it more clear. Title is: “Ranking worst mistakes for all 32 NFL teams since 2020”

Hiring Dennis Allen is much worse than extending Cam Jordan
