It seems that’s all he is trying to do. His swing is all launch right now.

I don't follow baseball, but live in CA surrounded by Dodger fans.

Wtf happened to them tonight? Will they win every remaining game and this is just a fluke, or does Toronto have a real shot?

It’s just my opinion, but I think emotion played a huge part in tonight. The Jays have to capitalize on that and take game 2 as well. If the Dodgers take game 2, that deflates the balloon a bit and could open up to Dodgers in 5 or 6.

Series price is -110 apiece at BetMGM, Dodgers still a slight favorite at FD and DK.

Yes, after the Toronto Blue Jays won the World Series in 1992, President George H.W. Bush invited them to the White House for a reception. They visited the White House and later the Prime Minister in Ottawa. They did not visit the White House after their 1993 win when Bill Clinton was in office.

Fluke game to be honest. But it counts all the same. They took advantage of a well rested team as they should’ve and rode the emotion of the crowd while Snell wasn’t sharp from the get go. If they beat Yamamoto tomorrow (IMO he’s the best Dodgers pitcher and trustworthy in these situations) I’ll have concerns about the series. I didn’t expect a sweep. I figured 5 games because the Dodgers handled them pretty easily earlier this year. I think they lit a fire under the Dodgers asses by making it personal with the “we don’t need you chants” and the pettiness of reviewing the attempted pickoff to make Shohei the final out of a game that was already decided. Those were both dumb things to do. Save that chant for when you’re about to win the championship.. not game 1 when it can and will be used against you in all future games.

Here's the deal. TORONTO HITS

They can and will beat the Dodgers if the Dodgers don't score a lot of runs.
