Up there
That 2000 ravens team was absurd
They were and Billick was a mediocre coach but he deserves a ton of credit for winning a SB with Dilfer as his starting QB. Dilfer was completely useless. He was basically the white version of Jordan Jefferson without the mobility. Dilfer didn't do anything well. He just seemed like Drew Brees in comparison to the turnover machine known as Geno Smith I mean Tony Banks.

Is it crazy to say George Seifert?
I thought about him but he did win 2 Super Bowls.
and they stacked their team big time before the '94 season.
he sure didn't do crap in Carolina though.

John Madden.
Never had a losing season as head coach in the NFL, and was something like 70 games over .500.

He won 3 national Championships and more than 10 division titles in college.
Has absolutely nothing to do with his ability as an NFL coach.
See also: Spurrier, Saban, Lou Holtz, Dennis Erickson, etc.
Switzer was a great college coach and a buffoon at the pro level who inherited one of the greater teams ever

I think he was solid average and did what he could with shite QBs to win that Super Bowl.

One might consider that an interesting slant on the question.

Won three world championships.
See Super Bowl V for the correct answer.

Won a grand total of ONE game more than he lost and had 7 ties. Easily could have been a career losing coach.

Charlie Weis, never specified head coach. Probably some shitty special teams coach or something.

But he has great years.
Longtime assistant Don McCafferty inherited Shula's Colts and pulled a Seiffert by having two great years including the worst Super Bowl ever before he was fired in year three. He was on Switzer's level as a caretaker but doesn't even have a great college coaching career to fall back on.

Amazing that there haven't been more crapbag coaches who have won SB's

This is the understatement of the century. I found this gem on wiki about how they rebuilt their defense that summer..
"San Francisco brought in several veteran free agents to strengthen their defense. Among the players signed were defensive linemen Richard Dent (the MVP of Super Bowl XX), Charles Mann, Rhett Hall, and Rickey Jackson; linebackers Ken Norton Jr. and Gary Plummer; and cornerback Deion Sanders."
That's 5 multi time pro bowlers.. Just crazy..
