Don McCafferty and it isn't even close. He won with Don Shula's team. He didn't even coach the team. There's an NFL Films documentary that shows the players coaching during the game and he was just standing around on the sidelines. The players didn't even respect and listen to him. He was fired by the Colts one season and 5 games later.

He's the worst COACH to even get his team to the Super Bowl this side of Bill Callahan. At least Switzer won on one level.

Is it crazy to say George Seifert?

If Seifert doesn't coach that last year in Carolina, he would have the highest winning % of all time (113-47)

Seifert is also one of the more underrated DCs of his era

Thanks sweetness and Buddy Ryan.

Sweetness was a bit over the hill by then. 22 carries for 51 yards and no TDs. The refrigerator scored one. McMahon scored on two. And another RB had one.

#46 Doug Fenchick, S, and the LB corps.

I think Manning has proven to be a choker in the playoffs all on his own. He's choked several times without Dungy.

Plus Manning is always changing the play at the line of scrimmage. So anytime his team gets out-schemed he deserves more of the blame than most quarterbacks. He's the one who audibled into the ill-advised playcall.

wtf?. He did not score because bonehead Ditka decided to give Perry the ball instead on the goal line?

Payton was not great in the playoffs & wasn't needed considering it was 2 shutouts & SB annihilation.

Payton 1985:

329 carries, 1551 yds , 9 tds & 4.8 yds per carry & 49 rec 483 yds. Or 2034 yards from the line of scrimmage.

Jim McMahon only threw for 2400 on 300 attempts(13 games) & the entire team threw for only 3300 yds the entire season.

Not '77 Payton ,but not 'over the hill'.

Agree on Sean Payton. Tremendously overated due to his teams having a flashy offense.

So he's overrated because of the offense he orchestrates? Man, you are really fricking stupid.

Saban is also overrated due to those really good defenses he has....

Idiot
