5 pages and not a single mention of Reggie Jackson.

Interesting.

Reggie Jackson was a tremendous power hitter who became a cultural icon. But he is not even close to being the best living baseball player. He holds the record for most strikeouts in a career and couldn't even slug above .500.

Arguably the second best position player of the 1970s behind Joe Morgan.

I'd argue Reggie would be rated much higher if protected like Morgan was in those Reds lineups.

Easily Bonds. You can take out his mvp years and he still has a massive HR count and solid average. PED's don't make you see the ball any better. Dude is the goat

but for my out there name Eric Gagne. Dude was untouchable during his saves streak

Bill Mazeroski. Yeah, he doesn't have the great hitting stats, but he was one of the best 2B of all-time. He could turn the double play like no one else.

Plus he hit the most memorable HR of all-time. Took down the heavily favored Yankees. Made Mantle cry. Beat 'em, Bucs!

Old school is the best school!

Jr Griffey.

I wish kids today could’ve seen him in his prime. Sweetest swing in baseball history.

Yeah Bonds was unreal even before he started juicing after the 98 season.

Here's a comparison of 1989-2000 Griffey (before injuries started piling up) to 1986-1998 Bonds (before Balco).

Why does Baseball have to have one? I don't recall other sports making such a big deal about this.
